at the end of it all....

I have learned some very important things...some changed my life and some I am still working on...I am a lot further along than I thought I ever would be, and I am sure not as far as I could be...like I said, I am a work in progress. My head knows all of these things, but my heart is still learning some of them:

*Trust in God more than anything, and that if I do, He will provide abundantly.
*That God speaks to me in a unique way
*Money makes life nice, but lots of money doesn't make life better
*A smile can bring more hope to someone than money can
*That I can make a difference in the world just by being me
*Reading my Bible is important
*Talking with people about real life is also important
*Talking to Jesus about my life is more important
*I love my family more than words can say, and miss them more than they will ever know when I am away
*The words I use really matter...they can hurt or bring smiles
*Communicating through living for Christ is what is important, words are secondary
*It's alright to make mistakes, IF you learn from them
*People are dying every day without knowing Jesus...and I can help change that
*Having a husband is not necessary to follow my calling
*That I really don't like confrontation and I will do just about anything to avoid it
*I like Thailand, but I really like China and could live there
*People are people everywhere
*Mattresses are not to be taken for granted
*I can survive six months with no personal space
*One pair of shoes, two pairs of pants, three shirts, some underwear, one sweatshirt and a stick of deodorant are all you need in the 10/40
*White rice and chicken/cabbage/soup/vegetables/nothing is enough to sustain life
*DRINK LOTS OF WATER...it helps you stay healthy

One down...six to go
